Video/Audio Editor

We are seeking an experienced Video & Audio Editor to play a critical role in shaping the visual and auditory content. This individual will be responsible for:

-Editing webinars and long videos into full-length videos and captivating short clips
-Creating creative videos formatted for social media
-Learning audio editing and/or audio editing for podcasts
-This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and a passion for cybersecurity, marketing, and digital content creation.
-This role also requires the ideal candidate to communicate effectively in a digital environment, track their progress on a shared project management system (Asana), and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
-Edit recorded webinars into polished full-length videos and engaging short clips for various platforms.
-Design and produce creative, compelling videos tailored for social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
-Collaborate with the content/writing/podcast team to develop video concepts that align with our marketing goals and audience interests.
-Advise on the video specs for various platforms.
-Manage and organize video and audio files efficiently.
-Provide input on visual storytelling and help to storyboard ideas when necessary.
-Experiment with styles and techniques, including the design of graphic elements in videos.
-Learn and apply audio editing skills for podcast content, ensuring clear, well-balanced sound across all episodes.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video and audio production, editing software, and social media formats.
-Participate in teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings, mostly in Eastern Time Zone (USA), and collaborate effectively with remote teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
-Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
-Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
-Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn audio editing, preferably with experience in Audacity or Adobe Audition.
-Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for quality.
-Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
-Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
-Interest in or knowledge of cybersecurity topics or marketing topics is advantageous.
