Vacation Rental Assistant- Marketing, GoHighLevel, Design, Social Media

My company, Go to Poconos, is looking for a Virtual Assistant who is excited to join a scaling vacation rental management company that owns properties in the mountains of Pennsylvania and New York, USA. We provide guests with a 5-star experience in our luxurious, amenity filled properties.

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or the team. The position is PART-TIME with plenty of projects to complete. There is the potential for the hours and tasks to increase, but that is also not a requirement. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a growing company and understands the hospitality industry.

REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate to Advanced/Fluent English communication, grammar, and speaking skills
- Experience either with or for another vacation property management company, Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, or any other vacation rental platform. If you do not have any work experience with either of the above, please do not apply.
- Experience using GoHighLevel

POSITION OVERVIEW
You will help us work the marketing (design & content) side of our business. This may include but is not limited to:

- Designing graphics to post in social media and listing photos (Things to do, Services, Labeling existing photos)
- Social Media content creation
- Posting in FB groups advertising our brand and individual properties
- Developing & executing email campaign funnels using GoHighLevel. We use the white label version “MarketMySTR” for email campaigns, landing pages, and the social media calendar.
- Concierge Service Coordination (creating packages/services to upsell to guests such breakfast pastries, private chef, tickets for experiences, birthday cakes, etc).
- Designing images/flyers about these services.
- Adjusting and maintaining listing descriptions and digital guidebooks. Don’t worry, we don’t expect much knowledge or previous specific experience in each of these, just a willingness to learn and communicate when you don’t understand something. We will give you a clear set of instructions and tools so that you can be successful in your role.
- Respond to guest reviews in AirBnB
- Building out automated messages in our property management system to send to guests before, during and after their stay

This role includes the following tools that will help you be successful so previous knowledge or experience with them is a plus:
- Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, or any other booking platform (You MUST have experience in working with or for one of these companies to apply for this position)
- GoHighLevel
- Canva
- Google Sheets
- Google Maps
- Facebook
- Social Media Content Creation
- ChatGPT
- OwnerRez or other Property Management System

We will provide you with instructions and video training for each task you are to accomplish. We do expect you to work during our time zone EST and, we expect you to complete the instructed required tasks each week and communicate when you don’t understand something or something is unclear.

- Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. Open communication and honesty are paramount to me and the team. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or make a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after all.
- Commitment. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectations of potential growth in the company. We are currently a small team so there are potential opportunities for other roles in the future as we grow. If you are just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.
- Desire to learn. We are a small team and want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on projects. If you are not comfortable learning something new or asking for help then this is not the job for you.
