USA LAW FIRM SEEKS CEBU ATTY/LAW FIRM

About Us:
My name is Christian Strong. I am an Filipino-American estate planning, probate, real estate, and business law attorney based in Houston, Texas, USA. Many of our clients are Filipino Citizens or Filipino-American US Citizens and we seek to expand our legal associations in the Philippines to CEBU and surrounding areas.

Seeking:
Our firm seeks an association with a Law Firm in the Philippines for mutual cooperation and joint representation of clients who have legal interests in the US and the Philippines. We are looking for ONE candidate for Cebu. When we have a client who needs legal assistance in or near Cebu for example, you or your law firm will be contacted to assist our firm in joint representation.

Qualifications:
Primary Experience = Real Estate / Property Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Business Law.
Secondary Experience = Documents which require apostille/authentication with an embassy or consulate office. We receive many requests for official documents including transcripts, birth certificates, etc.

Preference:
Preference will be given to law firms with at least 4 years of operation or more AND have a physical office location. We have clients in the Philippines and clients who travel to the Philippines who may need to meet you at your office.

Gig:
This is a GIG job. Only when a client is in need of services in or near Cebu will your services be required. However, we are looking for a LONG TERM relationship via association.

Pay:
The pay is whatever your firm's rate or charge is for the required work.
