JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Senior Data Scientist
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Data Scientist at Quibble, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large and complex datasets, extracting valuable insights and Upgrade to see actual infosign and develop predictive models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytical solutions.
Lead the development of feature engineering strategies to enhance model performance and accuracy.
Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into suitable formats for analysis and Upgrade to see actual infovelop and implement machine learning models and algorithms that contribute to key business objectives.
Evaluate and validate model performance using appropriate metrics; fine-tune models for optimal results.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in machine learning and data science to continuously improve modeling Upgrade to see actual infomunicate complex analytical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations, reports, and presentations.
Collaborate with teams to create dashboards and interactive tools for real-time data monitoring and decision support.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists, fostering their growth and skill development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to strategic data initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in data science or related field.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Proven expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data modeling techniques.
High proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development.
Advanced knowledge on AWS SageMaker preferred.
Experience with data manipulation and visualization libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering actionable insights from complex data.
Effective communication skills to convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team of data scientists.
