Overview:
CF Ventures, in partnership with Compass Real Estate, is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our thriving team. The ideal candidate possesses unwavering attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the lead agent and ensuring the seamless operation of our real estate business.

Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the lead agent's calendar and database, assisting with marketing efforts, and implementing efficient systems for lead generation and back-office support. This role will also oversee financial systems, manage contracts through closing, and coordinate office equipment purchases and maintenance. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, handle administrative tasks, and potentially lead and train additional teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in bookkeeping. The ability to focus, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure is essential. A service-oriented attitude, coupled with a proven track record of success, is highly desirable. While a high school diploma is required, a bachelor's degree and a real estate license are preferred. Previous experience in service, management, or administration, particularly in the real estate industry, is advantageous.

Compensation:
This is a part-time hourly position with the potential to transition into a full-time salaried role. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
