Python developer/automation specialist

We are currently seeking a developer/automation specialist to join our project to develop a contact management system. Details of the project are outlined below. Project Overview:
The objective is to create a contact management system that can store contact details and record interactions with each contact. The system should support multiple user roles—Viewers, Editors, and Admins—and allow them to access the system online to update information. Initially, the system will be populated with data such as last names, first names, employers, job titles, emails, phone numbers, and messages (including message ID, sender, recipient, and message content). Additionally, a monthly synchronization tool will be developed to import and update contacts and messages regularly.

Responsibilities also include training a team to maintain and manage the system effectively.
