JOB OVERVIEW

We are a family business engaged in real estate investments within the Philippines. We have recently expanded into short term rental leasing and are now looking for someone dynamic to join our team.

Your main responsibility is centered around taking care of our properties and short term guests ensuring that we consistently deliver five star quality stays to all our guests while maintaining the condition and upkeep of our properties. You will be managing our bookings, guest communication, team organization, and other administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone dynamic and flexible. You must be able to think on your feet and ready to overcome challenges as they come. While the role has a fixed structure there are periods where we will rely on you to be independent and use your abilities to help out the business whether this is through research tasks or ensuring all documentation is up to date. Strong organizational skills is a must!
