Production Operator

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1. Carrying out assembly line duties as instructed by the superior
2. Using and caring for equipment and tools on an assembly line
3. Ensuring that goods are correctly put together and adhere to quality requirements
4. Conducting quality inspections on goods prior to their transfer to the subsequent phase of manufacturing
5. Maintaining order and cleanliness on the assembly line
6. Notifying the supervisor of any concerns or issues pertaining to the assembly line
7. Observing safety procedures and donning the proper protective gear
8. Achieving timelines and production goals
9. Cooperating cooperatively with other assembly line team members
10. Maintaining a constant state of proficiency in assembly line operations
11. Compliance with the Management System ( ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 14001:2015 , ISO 45001: 2018 , RBA Code of Conduct).
12. Other task that may assigned by immediate superior.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• High school graduate
• Preferably, prior manufacturing or assembly line experience
Knowledge:
• Basic measurement and math abilities
Skills and Abilities:
• Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Paying close attention to details
• The physical endurance to carry out tedious tasks
• Capacity to adhere to safety protocols and recommendations
• Capacity to function in a group setting
• Readiness to pick up new skills and adjust to new routines
