Paralegal

Paralegal supporting a boutique law firm with offices in Los Angeles and New York, working with elite Hollywood professionals.

Prepare and draft American visa applications for Hollywood, artisinal and film industry professionals, among others. This will include researching past projects and preparing associated exhibits (e.g. pulling screenshots from Google and IMDb), drafting testimonials recognising achievements, and completing USCIS forms, among many other tasks.

Successful applicant will have proficiency with Google Drive/Docs, web research, completion of bureaucratic forms and the ability to follow instructions from a guidebook with a significant number of templates and past cases on which to model future case work.
