We are on the lookout for a GoHighLevel and Zapier Expert to enhance our operational efficiencies and digital marketing strategies. This role is crucial for integrating our Loan Origination System (LOS), Arive, with GoHighLevel through Zapier, and for developing robust online marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

System Integration: Seamlessly integrate GoHighLevel with our LOS, Arive, using Zapier to streamline our workflow, improve lead management, and enhance customer relationship management.

Landing and Web Page Creation: Design and develop engaging and high-converting landing pages and web pages within GoHighLevel to capture leads and provide valuable information to our clients.

Automation and Pipeline Management: Utilize GoHighLevel to create and implement automation strategies for lead nurturing, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and pipeline management to ensure efficient lead conversion and client servicing.

Lead Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive lead management system that captures, segments, and nurtures leads through personalized communication and engagement strategies.

Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. This includes targeting, ad creation, budget management, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of landing pages, web pages, automations, and ad campaigns. Use insights to optimize strategies, improve lead generation, and increase conversion rates.


Qualifications:

Proven experience with GoHighLevel and Zapier, including system integration, automation, and CRM functionalities.

Strong background in digital marketing, with hands-on experience running ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Experience in creating and managing landing pages, web pages, and digital marketing funnels.

Knowledge of the mortgage industry and familiarity with LOS systems, preferably Arive, is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing strategies and campaign performance.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
