Executive Administrative Assistant Well Rounded! Willing to learn!

Hi, I’m Rajah Salman, President of Salman & Son Solutions.

This is not just a job posting,

I am looking for someone with creative freedom, character, a diverse skill set, and someone who is willing to eventually lead a team of others once they refine their skill set.

Salman and Son Solutions is a broad-ranging solution based service business that reaches every avenue of business.

The skill sets required or willing to learn include:

- Credit Repair (CreditFixrr, CreditRepairCloud, ChatGPT, etc)

- Business Structure Formation (working knowledge of how to legally structure businesses to prepare them for funding.

- Client Acquisition: Our ideal candidate is a go-getter willing to search for clients who need credit repair, are interested in business funding, attracting clients for web design, or would like to learn how to do it their self through Salman and Son Solutions.

- Real Estate Wholesale Cold Caller, ability to run numbers for property valuations with comparable sales, estimate after repair values, and find deals with tools such as Propstream, Privy, and able to follow through in acquiring lists that are provided as contacts within our infrastructure.

- Experienced in Social Media Marketing, Management, Advertising, SEO, Blog posts, Facebook Ads

- Digital Content Creation: Ability to create functional websites (Canva, Wix, etc), create digital content such as E-Books, familiarity with CHATGPT, and a willingness to seek job postings from Freelance websites and ability to follow through on the projects.
