EXPERT Appointment Setter with experience in Online Fitness Training Niche ONLY

We have paid ads on fb/ig and your job is to communicate with them through fb messenger/ig dms and schedule them on a call with our sales closer.

We provide online fitness services, and leverage paid advertising to reach our target audience and offer personalized training programs tailored to their needs. The process is ads generate leads, you as the appointment setter will communicate with those leads to get them on booked calls with our sales closer. You will set/book the appointments. Our sales closer will close them over call, you will not be closing the sale.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a solid understanding of sales tactics, and proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Go High Level (If you don't know Go High Level that's okay you will learn it quickly - but knowing sales tactics is a must).

Most of your communication is through messaging. (Being able to leave voice messages is a plus if you know how to speak good english, however not required, if your spoken english isn't the best then just stick to messaging)

Efficiently manage inbound leads generated from paid ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Initiate outbound messages to prospective clients to schedule appointments for consultations with our fitness trainers.

Utilize CRM software, particularly Go High Level, to maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and follow-ups.

Communicate effectively with leads to understand their fitness goals and motivations.

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment booking targets.

Proven experience as an appointment setter or similar role, preferably in the online fitness training industry.

Excellent English communication skills, both written (verbal is a plus!), with a keen attention to detail.

Strong understanding of sales tactics and the ability to adapt quickly to different lead profiles.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Willingness to undergo minimal training and continuously improve skills to meet evolving business needs.
