Job Title: Real Estate Cold Caller

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our real estate team as a Cold Caller. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to prospective clients with the goal of generating leads and scheduling appointments for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a competitive monthly pay of 17,500 PHP, WEEKLY PAY along with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients from provided leads list.
Introduce company services and offerings in a clear and compelling manner.
Engage prospects in conversation to identify their real estate needs and preferences.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and set appointments for real estate agents.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to optimize strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Meet weekly and monthly quotas for calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
Continuously update knowledge of real estate market trends and industry best practices.
Requirements:

Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as READY MODE DIALER
Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and practices is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is desirable.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
