Experienced Virtual Assistant Needed

FitnessAtYourDoor is seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our customers and administrative functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, organization, and a proactive approach to managing tasks.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with product information, orders, and resolving any issues or complaints.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while addressing customer needs.
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for the team.
Coordinate with trainers and clients to schedule sessions and appointments.
Assist with data entry, updating client records, and maintaining documentation accuracy.
Communication Efficiency:
Facilitate communication between trainers, clients, and the management team.
Ensure timely and effective communication regarding appointments, changes, and updates.
Client Management:
Support client onboarding processes, including gathering necessary information and documentation.
Maintain client records, including contact information, preferences, and session details.
Operational Support:
Assist with HOA outreach and coordination for training sessions and events.
Help maintain efficiency in operations by following established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar customer support/administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in the fitness industry or related field is a plus.
