Job Description:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Proposed tasks:
Coverage and backup on weekends we alternate :
Provide full customer service every weekend by getting in touch with Fersh when she is not available. This will ensure consistent customer service without interruption.

Response Management:
Implement a systematic approach to promptly address client inquiries via email. This includes thorough understanding of client needs and providing accurate and helpful responses within a reasonable time frame.
Zoho CRM Service Updates:
Regularly update and maintain services in Zoho CRM to ensure accurate client records and up-to-date service offerings. This enhances efficiency in managing client accounts and enables quick access to relevant information.
Driver Coordination:
Establish proactive communication channels with drivers to confirm timely arrivals at pickup locations. Monitor operations closely to address any potential issues or delays, ensuring smooth transportation services for clients.
