Coverage and backup on weekends we alternate :
Provide full customer service every weekend by getting in touch with Fersh when she is not available. This will ensure consistent customer service without interruption.

Establish proactive communication channels with drivers to confirm timely arrivals at pickup locations. Monitor operations closely to address any potential issues or delays, ensuring smooth transportation services for clients.
