Currently seeking an experienced Human Resources and Recruitment Administrator to support a small HR Consulting business based in Sydney, Australia.
About the position:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including position description development, job posting and candidate screening, head hunting on LinkedIn and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with HR policy and procedure writing and drafting other HR documentation.
- Draft blog articles and social media posts for HR website and
- Support various HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and managing HR databases.
About you:
- 4+ years of experience in prior HR and recruitment positions.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and also other applications such as MS Bookings and MS Forms.
- Prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of initiative
- Attention to detail and high analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
