We are seeking a talented Short-Form Video Editor to join our dynamic team, focused on crafting engaging content across various social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the voice and visual style of new social media channels by transforming a diverse array of over 500 video clips into captivating short videos tailored to wide audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos using the editing software of your choice (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
Infuse a creative and humorous twist into videos, aligning content with current pop culture and social media trends.
Monitor engagement and adapt content strategies to maximize viewer retention and growth.
Collaborate with our team to brainstorm innovative ideas for video content that can go viral.
Manage and schedule video posts to ensure consistent content delivery across all platforms.
Requirements:

Proven video editing skills with a portfolio of previous work (any software).
Strong understanding of humor, pop culture, and social media trends.
Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
Flexibility and patience, understanding that growing a social media channel can take time, sometimes up to one month to see significant growth.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
