Opinly, a dynamic and innovative company, is seeking a highly talented Graphic Designer with a specialty in advertising design and user interface/user experience (UI/UX) to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating compelling visuals and functional designs that enhance user interaction and engagement.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually appealing and effective ad campaigns for various digital platforms.
Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure that aesthetics align with usability, accessibility, and web standards.
Use graphic design software and work with a wide range of media.
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
Experience in creating ads and UI/UX design for digital platforms.
Proficient in visual design and wire-framing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind is a plus.
Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
