JOB OVERVIEW

Introduction
Join our dynamic e-commerce company as we approach our fifth year of thriving success in the European market. Specialized in drop shipping, we are embarking on an exciting transition from Shopify to Funnelish landing pages. With plans to expand into the USA market in Q3 this year, we are looking for an innovative Meta Media Buyer to fuel our growth and elevate our digital marketing efforts.


Responsibilities:
*Design and implement media buying strategies across Meta platforms, with potential expansion to Google Ads.
*Manage substantial marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation across channels and campaign types, aiming for maximum efficiency and effectiveness in media spend.
*Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics across all campaigns, interpreting data to provide actionable insights and strategic optimizations.
*Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop impactful ad creatives and messaging that effectively engage target audiences, managing a robust creative testing cycle to refine and improve results.
*Manage a bullet proof Meta structure to avoid restrictions and limitations.
*Keep abreast of the latest trends in the advertising industry, including advancements in advertising technology and evolving media buying practices, to constantly enhance campaign performance.
*Reporting and performance tracking on a daily base.

Skills and Qualifications:
*1-3 years of professional experience in paid social media marketing, with a preference for candidates holding Meta's Blueprint Certification.
*Proven track record of managing marketing campaign budgets exceeding $100,000 per month, with a history of delivering ROAS-positive results.
*Total managed ad spend budget should be $1M+
*Proficient in leveraging major social marketing platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google.
*Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel for managing and interpreting large data sets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
*Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high efficiency and precision.
*Creative aptitude with experience in crafting compelling ad copy that drives conversions.
*In-depth knowledge of data tracking methodologies and tools for optimal campaign tracking and results optimization.


Deliverables:
*Consistently updated reports on campaign performance and budget use.
*Regular reviews of creative and strategic adjustments based on testing results and data insights.
*Forward-looking strategy plans, updated quarterly to adapt to market and platform changes.

Compensation:
*This position will begin on a part-time basis with a starting compensation of $7.50/hour, excluding potential performance-based bonuses.
