Virtual Assistant Needed

We have had a great experience with our first Phillipino Virtual Assistant, and are looking to hire our 2nd. We are a dog training and boarding company in Utah. We need help with various office tasks including:

-Answering customer calls and booking their reservations in the software we use called gingr.
-Answering calls from leads who have questions about our training programs, daycare, and boarding services.
-Photo/video editing for social media posts, flyers, online course, etc.
-Data entry on various software platforms (Upgrade to see actual info, google drive, and others).
-Follow up and reminders for critical tasks within our team.
-Basic SEO tasks like converting my email newsletter into a blog post each week.
-Calculating different stats to help our team of 10 employees see how we're doing as a company (sales closing rate per employee, total company revenue, gross and net profit margins, etc).

We are looking for someone who will be up to the challenge of learning new skills and experimenting with new tasks regularly. We are always growing and evolving, so we need someone who is flexible and won't be frustrated by new tasks being added each week.

Critical needs to be successful:
-Creative talent to bring good ideas to our social media posts
-A great internet connection (we'll have you in a video call most of the day so you can work with our office team virtually during your shift)
-A very high level of English speaking so you can understand and communicate effectively with our customers.

Schedule is in Mountain Daylight Time (MDT)
-Saturday 9am-7pm
-Sunday 9am-7pm
-Monday Off
-Tuesday 9am-7pm
-Wednesday 9am-7pm
-Thursday Off
-Friday Off
