Update 1 page of our website

I need only ONE PAGE of my website updated. We like the current design of the page.

The page has links for people to download our client handouts, by year which they apply.

We currently have tabs for 2021 and 2022. We need a tab added for 2023 and 2024. The pdf forms for those years will have to be added as well.
