What You’ll Be Doing:

- Review multiple takes of "talking head" videos to select the best ones.
- Strategically edit videos to enhance audience retention, dUpgrade to see actual info what to keep for engagement and what to cut to avoid viewer fatigue.
- Integrate supplied B-roll and source additional stock footage to maintain viewer interest and support content narratives.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

- At least 2 years of video editing experience, specifically with YouTube content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of what makes content engaging.
- The ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
- A portfolio of past work that demonstrates your skills and style.

What We Offer:
- Compensation of $100 to $200 USD per video, based on experience and the specifics of the project.
- An additional $50 bonus per video when that video reaches 5,000 views.
- A potential full-time position as our channel grows and the opportunity for increased collaboration and creative input.
