Webflow Designer / Developer

Here at Phunk Creative, we are looking for a Webflow Developer to join our team for between 3-5 days per week for 4 / 6 weeks. The role will include assisting in developing sites from our provided Figma designs, into fully functioning Webflow responsive websites sites for both mobile and desktop. This will consist of CMS, in-site animations, testing and following Client-First guidelines.

The requirements for the role:

- 2+ years in Webflow development
- Should have some knowledge of code outside Webflow
- Should have an eye for design
- Should have knowledge of WordPress for migration projects.
- Understand Adobe XD and Figma
- Understand Finsweet's Client First methodology
- Basic understanding of Javascript
- Experienced in optimising web projects for Google Page speed.
- Understanding of on-page SEO and accessibility principles.
- Attention to detail.
- Be able to think outside the box and create an
- Be able to communicate effectively with the Phunk team
- Be able to respond quickly to the Phunk team
- To be able to provide examples of work and read only links
- Must be able to work UK hours for 6 weeks and be available on slack during UK hours.

Beneficial but not required:

- Have knowledge of UX and UI
- Knowledge of development practices
