Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive market research to pinpoint high-profit wholesale products from trusted suppliers in the European and US markets.
Analyze products to assess cost efficiency and profitability potential, particularly for Amazon sales.
Become proficient in tools like Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Keepa, and other software pivotal for product research and market analysis.
Compile reports summarizing findings and propose strategies for profitable product acquisitions.
Create and manage a detailed database of sourced products and potential suppliers.
Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery conditions with suppliers.
Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct competitor analyses to maintain competitive product offerings.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role focused on product sourcing, especially within the wholesale industry.
Knowledge of sourcing platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, and tools such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, and Keepa.
Strong analytical abilities for effective cost and profitability calculations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
Fluent in English, with high proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Organized and detail-oriented work style.
Familiarity with the e-commerce business model and market trend analysis.
Independent and motivated, capable of working with minimal oversight.

Work Hours:

This position offers flexible hours, requiring approximately 4-8 hours of engagement per day. Please note that work time will be tracked via a time-tracking application to ensure fair compensation.

Compensation and Benefits:

The starting salary for this position is $3 per hour, with potential negotiations based on experience and past performance. Compensation is distributed weekly.
