Are you a talented graphic designer with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to expand your skill set? We are looking for a Creative Performance Executive to join our team and create high-converting campaigns for our clients.

As an experienced and self-driven designer, you'll work closely with our team to bring your creative ideas to life. Your design skills will play a key role in optimizing paid social accounts and launching all creatives across various channels, including Meta and TikTok.

You'll have an expert-level understanding of social media channels and trends, and you'll be able to conceptualize ad creatives that impress our clients.

If you're someone who likes to dig deep and research your clients' businesses and competitive landscape, you'll excel in this role. You'll use your insights to craft written and visual creative work that drives conversions, and you'll collaborate with clients to create monthly and quarterly marketing strategies.

What you will get to work on with us:
1. Launching all creatives across multiple social media platforms and optimising paid social accounts for your clients, with each creative test informing your next round of creative requirements. You will have full support on paid search from our Head of Search.
2. Writing direct-response copy for your clients' ads, landing pages, emails and more.
3. Writing creative briefs, reporting on creative performance, giving feedback on ad performance, while ensuring client satisfaction on all creative services.
4. Creating and directing user-generated content that builds trust with your clients' target demographic.
5. Conducting deep research into your clients' businesses and their competitive landscape in order to craft written and visual creative work that drives conversions.
6. Conceptualising ad creatives that impress our clients, with an expert level understanding of social media channels and trends.
7. Preparing and reporting fortnightly and monthly meetings to your clients on the performance of your campaigns/creative and guiding strategic decisions to move your clients towards success.
8. Collaborating with clients to create and set monthly/quarterly strategy on a marketing calendar.
9. Developing a team rhythm and culture that wins each client's trust, earning you and your team creative control of the assets that we create for their brand.


What skills you'll have:
1. Bachelor's Degree or relevant certification in advertising, marketing, graphic design, communications, journalism, or relevant work experience.
2. 2 to 5 years experience creating and executing high converting ads campaigns at a digital marketing agency.
3. Ability to look "outside the ad account" to improve overall campaign performance by analysing post-click experience (CRO) and the overall offer that is being pushed from ad through to landing page.
4. Deep understanding of how to design and iterate creatives that deliver conversions on social media channels.
5. Project management experience, writing briefs and managing multiple creative projects simultaneously with great attention to detail.
6. Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Google Suite, Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms, Google Analytics/Ads, etc.
7. Understanding of current and future design trends, and skilled in project management software.
8. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to run creative presentations that captivate teams and clients.
