Job Title: Creative Director

Responsibilities:
Lead the creative vision and strategy for all Rose Inc branding and marketing initiatives.
Oversee the development and execution of creative campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-store.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective messaging that aligns with the brand's identity and goals.
Manage and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
Ensure all creative output meets high standards of quality and aligns with the brand's aesthetic and values.
Work closely with external marketing agencies to coordinate and execute campaigns.
Oversee the production of photoshoots, videos, and other multimedia content.
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
Manage budgets and timelines for creative projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform creative strategies.


Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Creative Director, preferably with experience working in a marketing agency.
Highly organized with strong project management skills.
Exceptional creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Passion for beauty, skincare, and sustainability.

Rate: $1,500 AUD/month
