UPS, Fedex, DHL Claims and Audit Specialist

We're a e-commerce business in the United States. We're looking for someone to audit on our UPS, FedEx and DHL account.

At minimum you must know how to perform these audits on 1 platform.

We are looking for someone that has experience in creating claims and getting refunds for some or all of these for either FedEx, UPS or DHL:

- Late Delivery Refund
- Duplicate Charge Refund
- Un-used shipping label Refund
- Lost and Damage Refund
- Incorrect fees (residential surcharges, address correction mistakes) Refund
- Saturday Delivery Fee Refund
