We are seeking an Amazon Operations and Logistics Specialist to enhance our operational efficiency on this essential e-commerce platform from a remote position.
Job Summary:
This remote role entails a significant focus on optimizing operational efficiency across Amazon, encompassing inventory management, logistics coordination, performance data analysis, and customer satisfaction enhancement. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, demonstrate superior analytical skills, and excel in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure optimal inventory levels on Amazon to guarantee product availability, reduce stock-outs, and efficiently manage surplus inventory.
Coordinate logistics and shipping operations to ensure seamless deliveries from our warehouses to Amazon fulfillment centers and directly to customers.
Utilize Amazon Seller Central for performance metrics analysis, identify trends, and devise strategies to enhance sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
Work alongside the supply chain team to optimize logistics processes, aiming to cut costs and quicken shipping times.
Maintain compliance with Amazon's policies and standards across all listings and operations.
Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve order-related issues, returns, and customer inquiries quickly.
Stay updated with the latest best practices for Amazon operations, integrating new tools, technologies, and strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications:
2+ years of e-commerce operations experience, with a strong preference for those proficient in the Amazon platform.
Deep familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and logistics software.
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a willingness to embrace new software and technology.
Proactive approach with a focus on process improvement.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven

Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in inventory or logistics management.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
Experience with ERP systems, such as Netsuite or fulfill.
Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen focus on enhancing processes and operational efficiency.
Experience with sending shipments to Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) and Amazon Global Logistics (AGL), demonstrating an understanding of Amazon’s logistics and fulfillment network
Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) coordination.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
