Responsibilities:
As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and curating the social media profiles for Dexter’s personal brand, our agency, and our esteemed clients. Video editing skills are not needed, as we have an in-house editor you can work with. Your primary tasks will include:
Creating captivating and effective social media post creatives.
Writing compelling copy that resonates with our target audience(s).
Scheduling posts strategically to maximize reach and engagement.
Offer constructive feedback to the marketing team on campaigns, content, and strategies based on social media performance/statistics and audience interactions.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing.
Proficiency in crafting engaging social media content that drives brand awareness and conversions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple social media platforms.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for IT-related topics.
A proactive and results-driven mindset, dedicated to achieving success for both clients and the agency.
Self-starter who needs little external motivation & management.
Excellent project management and a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and communicate effectively with business owners and C-Level executives
Must possess a strong work ethic and punctuality
Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals
