I am a highly skilled and experienced Credit Repair Specialist / Virtual Assistant with 4 years of experience in the field. I am Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) Software Certified and Basic Disputing Certified.

Throughout my career, I have helped countless individuals and businesses improve their credit scores.  I have contributed to impacting business outcomes through effective organization, prioritization, and execution of key projects.  I am proud to say that my work has had a positive impact on the lives of many people and I am constantly striving to learn more about the credit industry so that I can better assist my clients in improving their financial situation. 

I played a vital role in reviewing clients' credit reports, filing a dispute for incorrect, inaccurate, and unverifiable information on clients' credit reports, reviewing financial information of clients, identifying ways of improving credit scores, implementing strategies in reaching credit goals, sending monthly credit monitoring updates and answering clients questions and inquiries via email. I was able to know the importance of FTC and CFPB. I was able to learn the importance of credit, building, improving credit score, having a good credit standing, being financially stable and free, and how to manage assets, investments, and finances.  Also, I manage social media for Credit Repair companies by creating posters and making captions on how to help build, rebuild, and repair credit via Facebook and Instagram.

Furthermore, I have 5 years of experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative and Billing Specialist. It has trained me on how to handle customers professionally and make sure that their needs and problems are resolved in real-time. It helps me to communicate efficiently. Also, it helps me to show more empathy. I am more on Billing. Explaining billing status, providing adjustments, and processing payments. Also as a billing specialist, I have a background in sales, pitching, and making sales. 

I am a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team, well-rounded person, and adaptive to changes being given to me. I also work with integrity hence you will be assured that even if no one is looking, I am still working with quality and efficiency. And I have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills.
