Hello, I’m Upgrade to see actual info. I've been in the BPO industry for almost  9 years in voice and non-voice international campaign also 2 years as a Chat and Email Support. I’ve handled different types of account such as Sales, Financial, Telco, Gaming, HealthCare, Educational, Cryptocurrency and Beauty Product.
My previous job is working as an Public Relations Manager in a gaming company. So I’ve handled more on Marketing offline like the streamers and Affiliate agents. Scanning, doing the interview of  the potential ones. I have an experience in E-commerce to be specific, Email support in an E-commerce company and also in Shopify to check the customers orders, status of the orders, refund, edit the orders, cancel the order, fulfillment date. Responding to customer emails, helping customers order and return products and gathering feedback on and improving our suppliers' procedures and shipping methods, and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers.Tools that I’ve used before are Intercom, LiveChat, Zendesk, Gorgias, Re-amaze and Zoho Mail.Although I believe I have the skillset in terms of customer service to provide
the best quality assistance to your customers. I am always motivated, hardworking
and I appreciate working in teams. I'm a people person, so working in customer service has always been a natural fit for me. I get a great deal of satisfaction out of helping to solve problems, so a customer service position lets me do just that. 
One thing that remains consistent is that no matter what industry I am working in is that keeping the customers and clients happy is a crucial part of success. Because happy customers are good for the company's bottom line, effective customer service representatives are a valuable part of any company's team, regardless of the product or service they are selling.
And I humbly would like to say for the skills I lack, I am willing to be trained or mentored 
to work long-term under your organization.
Honestly, I possess all the skills and experience that you’re looking for. I’m pretty confident that I am the best candidate for this job role.
It’s not just my background in the past projects, but also my people skills, which will be applicable in this position.
