I worked as a Business Operations Manager, I love planning and
organizing, and have led teams to exceed goals. I get excited
about opportunities where I get to turn problems into solutions.

1. At One Mighty Food Manufacturing Corp, idle equipment were
revamped and kept in good shape. We were able to successfully
run the production smoothly and avoid losses from depreciating
equipment and facilities.
2. Working as a Fulfillment Center Manager, I have spearheaded
the team to clean out all the backlogs and unserved orders. From
1,000+ backlog orders a day to zero backlogs.
3. Developed and strategized organizational structures to avoid
redundant tasks. Trained personnel well so they could function
with proper knowledge and skills such as Google Sheets, Shopify,
Orderhive, Dropshipping, and other manual skills thereby
minimizing operational errors to 2%.
