Position: YouTube Video Editor & Thumbnail Artist
Type: Full-Time
Starting Pay: $300/month (with opportunities for growth)

About the Role:
As our Video Editor & Thumbnail Artist, you’ll play a critical role in growing our YouTube channel by creating highly engaging videos and captivating thumbnails. You’ll work independently with minimal input, bringing creativity and innovation to every project.

Your Responsibilities:

Edit 5+ high-quality YouTube videos weekly, incorporating elements like sounds, text overlays, infographics, transitions, panning effects, and stock footage to make content more entertaining and engaging.
Create 2 unique and captivating thumbnails for each video to maximize click-through rates.
Ensure all content aligns with our brand tone and style while increasing audience retention and watch time.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and implement feedback when necessary.
Manage deadlines effectively to meet weekly goals and maintain consistency.

What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Strong experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
Expertise in thumbnail design using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
A self-starter with the ability to think creatively and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
