Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with website management, graphic design, and lead tracking. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and experienced in managing websites, creating marketing materials, and handling CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management
The Virtual Assistant will maintain and update three company websites:
Add and update property listings based on MLS status.
Post bi-weekly blogs from Keep Current Matters.
Update homepage statistics on a monthly basis.
Modify team member profiles as needed.
Update project statuses (Under Construction, On the Market).
Add new professional photos to the Gallery.
Publish one blog post per month.
Conduct quarterly website updates.
Post one blog per month.
2. Graphic Design (Canva)
The Virtual Assistant will create marketing materials for real estate and construction projects using Canva, including:
Flyers: Open House Flyers, Sneak Peek Flyers
Pamphlets & Brochures:
Buyer & Listing Handbooks (Editing)
Custom Homebuyer & Renovation Handbooks
Property & Targeting Postcards
3. Lead Tracking & CRM Management (Pipedrive)
Track leads and input deal details into Pipedrive CRM.
Schedule and assign follow-up activities after deals are created.
Assist in automating follow-up
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience in website management (WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms).
Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in real estate, construction, or marketing is a plus.
