Website Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Website Specialist with a strong focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to help improve and optimize our website. The goal is to enhance our online presence and get our business ranking in the 11 surrounding cities near our location.

This role will start with more hours initially to focus on building and optimizing the site, with the potential to scale down as the website begins to generate results.

Responsibilities:

- Optimize the website for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement strategies to target and rank in 11 surrounding cities.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
- Monitor website performance and provide regular updates on progress.
- Collaborate to ensure the website aligns with business goals and branding.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in website optimization and SEO.
- Strong understanding of SEO abilities, strategies, and best practices.
- Ability to track and analyze website performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with local SEO is a plus.

Hours:
To be determined (starting with more hours initially, then scaling down as results are achieved).
