Pay: $250 per website (minimum 10 pages per website)
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually appealing and fully functional websites using WordPress, Elementor Pro, and RankMath.
Create responsive and user-friendly layouts, ensuring optimal performance on all devices.
Incorporate strong design elements to meet aesthetic and user-experience standards.
Collaborate with the Head of Website Development to ensure the websites align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
Implement SEO strategies using RankMath for enhanced website performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality websites.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in website development.
Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor Pro, and RankMath.
Strong design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
Ability to deliver clean, modern, and visually appealing website designs.
Excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of website optimization, performance enhancement, and SEO best practices.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:
Portfolio showcasing previous WordPress website designs and development projects.
Experience in working on multi-page websites (10+ pages per project).
Familiarity with other web tools and plugins is a plus.
