Virtual Assistant for Social Media, Graphic Design, and Lead Management

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support two businesses:

Dumpster Rental Company
LED Neon Sign Business
This role involves:

Managing and posting content (Instagram posts, stories, and reels) every other day.
Creating graphic designs for social media and promotions.
Engaging with Instagram followers daily (1 hour of targeted following within safety limits).
Monitoring and responding to social media messages to ensure timely client engagement.
General data entry and record keeping.
Alternating weekly between the two businesses to ensure focused attention.
Requirements:

Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Experience in social media growth and engagement strategies.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
