JOB OVERVIEW

VAS360 is seeking a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team, specializing in supporting kitchen, bathroom, and home renovation projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, friendly, tech-savvy, and experienced in design software, administrative tasks, and social media management. This role is essential for ensuring smooth project execution, effective communication, and a professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Support:

Assist in creating and refining design plans using 2020 Design Software and Chief Architect. Sketchup rendering is a plus.
Collaborate on layouts, color schemes, and material selections for renovation projects.
Provide clients with accurate design visuals, renderings, elevations, and project proposals.
Administrative Tasks:

Manage emails, respond to inquiries, and provide professional communication to clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Organize project files, schedules, and contracts using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Answer and manage phone calls professionally.
Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and tracking expenses for projects.
Social Media and Marketing:

Create visually appealing content for social media using Canva.
Post and manage updates, promotions, and design highlights across platforms using a posting management system like Plannoly.
Track engagement and provide insights for improving reach and visibility.
Assist in creating client presentations and marketing materials.
General Assistance:

Maintain project timelines and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Provide additional support to ensure smooth workflow and project success.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in 2020 Design Software and Chief Architect is mandatory.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Canva and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of kitchen, bathroom, and home renovation trends is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in a design-focused role or interior design industry.
Customer service experience, with a focus on professional and timely responses.
