Virtual Assistant for B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setting (Commercial Cleaning Industry)

???? Job Overview:
We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning company looking for a dedicated virtual assistant to help with lead generation, cold email outreach, CRM management, and appointment setting.

???? Responsibilities:
? Find & research potential B2B clients (dentists, law firms, auto dealerships, medical offices, etc.)
? Send 30-50 cold emails per day using our Salesforce CRM
? Manage lead data and update Salesforce with call/email responses
? Follow up with warm leads via email and book walkthrough appointments
? Track leads who respond, need follow-up, or request a callback
? Research & apply for commercial cleaning contracts & RFPs

???? Requirements:
? Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
? Experience in lead generation & email outreach
? Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
? Ability to manage & organize leads efficiently
? Reliable internet & ability to work at least 4 hours per day (Part-Time Role)
