We seek a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive "Virtual Assistant / Social Media Manager" to support both personal and professional activities, including tasks related to Merci Capital. The ideal candidate will handle administrative responsibilities, streamline operations, and manage social media strategies to enhance our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Handle
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Social Media Management:
Develop and schedule engaging content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn,
Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and inquiries.
Create and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Collaborate on branding initiatives to enhance online visibility.
Project Coordination:
Assist with managing projects related to Merci Capital's operations.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely progress and updates.
Client Relations:
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for scheduling and updates.
Research and Reporting:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics.
Compile data and insights into actionable recommendations.
Required Skills and Proficiencies:
Technology and Tools:
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar, Meet).
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark (preferred but not required).
