JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a proactive Virtual Assistant with a strong background in GoHighLevel (GHL) and ClickUp? Are you highly experienced in setting up new subaccounts, running SMS/email campaigns, optimizing workflows, and maintaining calendars/CRM? If this sounds like you, we’d love to have you on our team to help us scale our growing agency!

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with GHL, including examples of past work.
Strong proficiency in ClickUp.

Position Details
Type: Part-time, with potential to transition to full-time.
Location: Remote.
Hours: Flexible, with some overlap during our business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Account Setup
Configure new client subaccounts in GHL, including automations, pipelines, and workflows.
Customize SMS and email campaigns to align with client goals.
Create and schedule monthly social media posts tailored to client needs.
Provide ongoing support for existing clients.

Campaign Management
Design, implement, and monitor SMS/email campaigns for clients.
Troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Regularly update templates, sequences, and automations for clients.

Administrative Support
Manage backend operations to optimize agency processes.
Send follow-up emails, monitor project statuses, and update records in GHL and ClickUp.

Experience & Skills
Experience:
1+ years of proven experience with GHL, including client onboarding, subaccount setup, and campaign/automation management.
Strong familiarity with ClickUp for task and project management.

Skills:
Excellent communication skills for Zoom meetings and client interactions.
Expertise in designing and troubleshooting SMS and email automations, pipelines, and workflows.
A proactive attitude toward learning new tools and adapting to evolving agency needs.

Mindset:
Passionate about marketing, customer success, and business operations.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.
Willingness to take initiative and grow alongside the agency.
