Monitor the WhatsApp referral groups and record member-to-member referrals in the Next Move Referral Trackers (Google spreadsheets).

24 hours after the referral has been entered into the WhatsApp group, follow up with Next Move agents via email (using the email template) to confirm the member-to-member connection was made

Once the referral connection has been made, Brooke will send out the referral agreement and the admin will be responsible for recording the progress on the referral spreadsheets
