The Role
We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help our Creative Director manage both personal and professional responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, is comfortable managing a variety of tasks, and can communicate clearly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
• Handle
• Assist with task prioritization and act as a gatekeeper for incoming requests.
• Conduct online research and prepare summaries for various projects.
• Assist with personal errands, such as online shopping, bookings, and reservations.
• Organize digital files and maintain clear documentation for easy reference.
• Handle other administrative duties as needed to support the Creative Director.
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
