Virtual Assistant

For this job you'll be working email support for various e-commerce stores on Shopify. You'll be given a detailed SOP on what to do.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email
- Provide detailed and accurate information to customers
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
