Video Editor Required - Real Estate Videos

I need a video editor that uses Apple Final Cut Pro (Premiere Pro is NOT an option) must be Apple FCPx only.
You must have good skills in Adobe After Effects and the ability and willingness to learn.
The work varies in quantity per week but is usually 2-3 edits. 24-48 hour turnaround is a must with no excuses.
You will be provided with intro/outro graphics files. Video Footage from drone, steadicam and ground cameras, music.
Typically 1m30s - 3m00s output files in 4k.
Estimated 2-3 hours per job at $20-$30 per hour depending on your skill level. This will end as a flat rate per job for consistency.
DO NOT SEND ME PORTFOLIOS OF MEME EDITS AND SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS - you will be instantly rejected.
I will only view relevant experience and portfolio work. DO NOT give me a link and expect me to go searching and do not send a link of a bunch of google drive folders.
I'm looking for good editors who are reliable and produce great work and get paid well.
