We are seeking a detail-oriented and marketing-minded Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role works closely with our Content Manager to ensure high-quality video and graphic assets are created, reviewed, and delivered on time and on brand.

Role Overview:
The Video Editor & Graphic Designer is responsible for producing engaging, strategic content that aligns with client brand voices and marketing goals. You will edit long-form YouTube videos, repurpose them into short-form videos (Reels/TikToks/Shorts), design high-converting thumbnails, and create visually compelling social media graphics.
This role requires strong video editing skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of content marketing. You will also QC your own work, ensuring perfect spelling, grammar, and formatting across all creative assets before submission.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & AI-Powered Workflow
? Edit long-form YouTube videos into engaging, structured content optimized for retention.
? Create short-form social media videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts,
? Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Submagic, Descript) to enhance video storytelling, captions, and content repurposing.
? Add on-screen captions, motion graphics, and engaging overlays to boost watch time and conversions.
? Ensure flawless spelling and grammar in captions and on-screen text.
? Optimize video cuts to maintain an engaging story arc and hook viewers in the first 3 seconds.
? Edit ad creatives for direct response marketing campaigns, ensuring strong calls to action (CTAs).
Graphic Design & Thumbnails
? Design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and views.
? Create visually striking social media graphics, including quote posts, carousels, and ad creatives.
? Design static ad images & branding assets for marketing campaigns.
? Ensure brand consistency across all graphics using client color palettes, fonts, and visual style.
Marketing-Driven Content Strategy
? Think like a marketer first—every edit, every frame, and every design should drive engagement and action.
? Understand audience psychology to create assets that persuade, entertain, and inform.
? Edit testimonials and case studies into compelling, emotionally-driven success stories.
? Work closely with the Content Manager to align on brand voice, campaign strategy, and content goals.
Quality Control & Deadline Management
? QC (Quality Check) your own work for accuracy, branding, and grammar before submission.
? Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets production deadlines.
? Implement revisions efficiently based on feedback while maintaining creative quality.
? Double-check all scheduled posts for correct spelling, hashtags, tags, URLs, and CTAs before publishing.
Tools You’ll Use (Required Experience)
Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro
AI Tools for Captions & Editing: Submagic, Descript, ChatGPT for transcript analysis and story crafting.
Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Illustrator
Content & Project Management: Notion

- Copywriting experience—Can write engaging hooks & CTAs for videos.
- Experience in motion graphics & animations (Adobe After Effects).
- Experience managing paid ads (Meta, YouTube, TikTok).
- Background in Direct Response Marketing—understanding CTA psychology & conversion optimization.
Compensation & Hours
???? $400 – $600/month (Based on experience)
