Main Mission
Your primary role is to handle the company’s operations and free up Mikael’s time by managing professional and personal tasks. You’ll work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Communication:
- Outreach to Realtors who engage with our social media (likes, follows, comments)
- Reply to messages from
- Manage client inquiries and support
- Organize and update communication folders and tools (e.g., Skool groups, GHL accounts)
Client Management:
- Re-bill clients for failed payments and follow up with delinquent accounts
- Process refunds and manage client offboarding (e.g., remove from Skool, GHL)
- Grade leads and strategy sessions, marking unqualified/canceled calls in Hyros
Financial & Administrative Tasks:
- Categorize expenses, classify sales, and attach invoices in QBO/PayTraqer
- Fill out financial dashboards and prepare projections
- Create and send invoices for subscriptions or one-off services
- Process payouts to tea
Social Media & Ads Management:
- Monitor and delete negative comments or spam on social media and ads
- Post job openings (e.g., Appointment Setters, Closers) in relevant groups
- Follow Realtors or leads across platforms to foster engagement
Team & Project Coordination:
- Remind tea
- Onboard new hires with access to tools and resources
- Offboard fired tea
Support & Personal Tasks:
- Schedule appointments, book services, and order meals/groceries for Mikael
- Handle urgent requests on weekends (as needed)
- Collect dispute evidence and organize billing libraries

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST, with occasional weekend availability for urgent tasks.
