**Job Posting: Virtual Assistant - HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and Administrative Support**

**Position:** Virtual Assistant
**Location:** Remote
**Employment Type:** Part-Time/Full-Time

About Us:
We are a fast-growing mortgage lending company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace culture. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our HR, payroll, recruitment, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:
- Assist with new hire paperwork using Adobe and ensure completion and accuracy.
- Manage the onboarding process, including maintaining and organizing employee document folders.
- Conduct background checks and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Submit tickets and research solutions in ADP for employee-related inquiries.
- Respond to employee questions and requests promptly and professionally.

Payroll:
- Prepare draft payroll for management approval.
- Process payroll once approved, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Recruitment:
- Source and identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Communicate with prospective hires via phone, email, and text to coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
- Schedule interviews and manage the recruitment calendar for management.

Processing/Administrative Tasks:
- Support the processing of mortgage applications by coordinating with clients and internal teams.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text to gather necessary documentation and assist in scheduling loan closings.
- Perform other administrative tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, HR Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe, ADP, and payroll processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in recruitment and sourcing candidates is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Knowledge of mortgage processes is an advantage but not required.

Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor.
