Are you a skilled cold caller with experience in the real estate industry? We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our US-based real estate clients!

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to leads in the real estate sector
Qualify leads and update CRM systems
Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads
Utilize real estate tools like Podio, Mojo, CallTools, or similar software

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in real estate cold calling
Proficiency with real estate tools/software (e.g., Podio, Mojo, CallTools, Ready mode)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and meet targets

Requirements:
• Reliable high-speed laptop or desktop computer.
• DSL Internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps (speed test required).
• Noise-cancelling headset.
• Dedicated home office setup in a quiet location.
• Stable internet and power supply without interruptions.
