UX/UI Designer for Websites

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with at least 4 years of experience in designing websites using Figma but also using other tools too. We want someone who can take existing design references and build some fresh, effective landing pages for a client or design a website. Pages will be built into a Wordpress site. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and interactive designs that enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive and engaging website layouts and user interfaces using Figma.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Ensure consistency in design and brand identity across all web pages.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices.
Requirements:
? 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, focusing on websites.
? Strong proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, and prototypes).
? Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
? A solid understanding of responsive design principles.
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
? Ability to work 8 AM – 5 PM Central Time (CT).

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
? Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic front-end development.
? Experience working in an Agile environment.
? Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Webflow.
